TL;DR
Director, Product Analytics (AI): Leading the product data science function for the Fin AI agent to drive strategic product direction with an accent on AI-native analysis and B2B customer outcomes. Focus on designing a scalable operating model for data science, identifying high-leverage product gaps, and translating complex signals into actionable business strategy.
Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Dublin, or London) or Remote (EMEA). Hybrid roles require office attendance at least three days per week.

What you will do
- Help company leaders make strategic decisions on where Fin should focus its development and product direction.
- Define the vision and operating model for product data science within an AI-native organization.
- Identify product performance gaps and translate product signals into commercial and customer outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, research, and sales to connect data insights with business impact.
- Coach the product data science team to focus on the highest-leverage problems and raise the bar for analytical rigor.
- Shape how AI is integrated into analysis and decision support without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Strong product data science leadership experience in complex B2B or SaaS product environments.
- Proven track record of shaping overall product strategy, not just supporting execution.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make high-quality judgment calls with imperfect data.
- Deep analytical expertise combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience evolving team capabilities and operating models in response to organizational needs.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
