What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to delivery for multiple enterprise use cases.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure, including streaming pipelines, APIs, and catalogs using modern data tools.
• Develop and optimize AI models and experimentation frameworks tailored to specific business domains.
• Lead major projects as an AI lead, managing workstreams and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement robust data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting systems at scale.
• Mentor junior team members on data engineering and MLOps best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Comprehensive MLOps expertise and experience with modern data infrastructure tools.
• Legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Experience leading AI projects with full accountability and stakeholder alignment.
