What you will do

• Manage and optimize complex IT infrastructure activities to meet relevant KPIs.
• Oversee software deployment and overall data center operations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical tickets, managing request, incident, change, and problem workflows.
• Perform root cause investigations for complex incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, test, and document complex system changes in a controlled manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Exchange Server (2016 and newer).
• Strong skills in Exchange PowerShell scripting and system performance optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, High Availability solutions, and Load Balancing.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) required.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware vSphere.
• German language proficiency.
