TL;DR

Events and Trade Fairs Specialist (Marketing): Coordinating and executing B2B trade fairs and brand events across Europe with an accent on logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking. Focus on designing booth concepts, managing external production agencies, and analyzing post-event data to optimize future activations.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Madrid, Spain). Ability to travel for events and industry fairs is required.

What you will do

  • Execute B2B trade fairs and brand events end-to-end, from logistics to on-site coordination.
  • Track and manage event budgets to ensure alignment with priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team on booth concepts, layouts, and production briefs.
  • Coordinate external production agencies and vendors, managing quotes and deadlines.
  • Handle logistics for all event materials, including print collateral and merchandise.
  • Compile post-event reports and derive data-driven insights for future improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in events and fairs (sports industry experience is a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel for events and industry fairs.
  • Experience managing budgets and collaborating with external vendors.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with cross-functional project experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Notion, Braze, or other CRM platforms.
  • Background in sports or entertainment marketing.
  • Experience with website builders.
  • Proven track record of coordinating teams cross-functionally.
