What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to translate business requirements into data-driven decision-making tools.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns related to client lifecycle and product performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
• Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, and KPI performance monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Partner with the BI team to improve reporting processes and overall analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Finance or FX industry.
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Working knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modeling principles.
• Ability to independently translate business questions into actionable analytical approaches.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning and its business applications.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DataOps principles.
