What you will do

• Serve as the primary employment law advisor for hirify.global Ireland, focusing on manufacturing and R&D operations.
• Provide cross-border legal support for employment issues and reorganizations across Europe.
• Oversee complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Lead workforce restructuring initiatives, including redundancies and TUPE transfers.
• Manage employment-related litigation, labor court claims, and external counsel.
• Develop and implement employment policies and conduct training for HR and business leaders.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland (Law Society of Ireland) or equivalent EU qualification.
• 6-8+ years of post-qualification experience specializing in employment and labor law.
• Deep expertise in Irish employment law and European labor law frameworks.
• Proven experience managing investigations and employment litigation.
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional workforce matters across Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Familiarity with European works councils and collective consultation processes.
• Fluency in an additional European language.
