What you will do

  • Register and resolve claims related to logistics, service quality, billing, and product issues.
  • Validate claim eligibility based on internal policies, contracts, and business rules.
  • Coordinate physical and non-physical returns with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Production teams to resolve complex or high-risk claims.
  • Maintain financial accuracy for credits, refunds, and reimbursements within ERP systems.
  • Analyze claim root causes to propose preventive actions and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent Spanish and Italian language skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • 2-3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, or dispute resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority claims in parallel.
  • Must be based in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B marketplaces or platform environments.
  • Familiarity with SLAs, contracts, and policy-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or ticketing tools.
  • Basic data literacy and reporting skills.
