What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team of Product Designers and UX Researchers.
- Define and evolve the product design vision for complex, data-heavy B2B SaaS workflows.
- Drive the adoption of AI-augmented design practices, including AI-assisted prototyping and research synthesis.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to design agentic AI-driven experiences for payroll and HR workflows.
- Oversee the evolution of scalable design systems and the integration of automated design components.
- Promote responsible AI design principles to ensure transparency and trust in high-stakes environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design within complex B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- 4+ years of experience in people management leading distributed, multi-timezone teams.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools and GenAI workflows in product design.
- Fluent English is required for effective work in a fully distributed, asynchronous environment.
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and designing for non-linear user journeys.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory data into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for compliance-heavy industries such as Fintech, HRTech, or LegalTech.
- Experience with service design and cross-functional journey mapping.
