Location: Remote (Must be available to work Melbourne Time, including weekends)

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily staff schedules and workforce allocations to ensure optimal client coverage.
  • Manage high-volume schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent staffing requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and service inquiries.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to improve engagement and retention.
  • Promote service offerings to convert inquiries into active engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records and workforce utilization reports within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Scheduling, Workforce Coordination, Customer Care, or Sales Support.
  • Experience managing high-volume phone and email communications simultaneously.
  • Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle client objections and build immediate rapport.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital scheduling software, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 2 hours on both Saturday and Sunday (Melbourne Time).
