What you will do
- Coordinate daily staff schedules and workforce allocations to ensure optimal client coverage.
- Manage high-volume schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent staffing requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and service inquiries.
- Nurture long-term client relationships to improve engagement and retention.
- Promote service offerings to convert inquiries into active engagements.
- Maintain accurate records and workforce utilization reports within the CRM.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Scheduling, Workforce Coordination, Customer Care, or Sales Support.
- Experience managing high-volume phone and email communications simultaneously.
- Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle client objections and build immediate rapport.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital scheduling software, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 2 hours on both Saturday and Sunday (Melbourne Time).
