What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and guide prospects through the scheduling process.
- Manage internal team calendars to ensure efficient appointment booking and avoid conflicts.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and pipeline stages within the CRM.
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations to maximize show rates.
- Support administrative and operational workflows to keep the scheduling pipeline moving.
- Communicate consistently with prospects to ensure a smooth client journey.
Requirements
- Must be based in Latin America.
- Fluent, professional English with a neutral or clear accent.
- Strong and confident phone communication skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, customer service, or administrative coordination.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in home services industries such as HVAC, roofing, or landscaping.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
