What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and guide prospects through the scheduling process.
  • Manage internal team calendars to ensure efficient appointment booking and avoid conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and pipeline stages within the CRM.
  • Send appointment reminders and confirmations to maximize show rates.
  • Support administrative and operational workflows to keep the scheduling pipeline moving.
  • Communicate consistently with prospects to ensure a smooth client journey.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Fluent, professional English with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Strong and confident phone communication skills.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, customer service, or administrative coordination.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience in home services industries such as HVAC, roofing, or landscaping.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
