What you will do

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, customer-centric software solutions.
• Lead team projects to design and build solutions for complex problems across TypeScript, React Native, Java, Kotlin, and Go.
• Pioneer the use of modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality.
• Champion engineering best practices, including observability, documentation, and resilient system design.
• Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and support team onboarding and growth.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of React or React Native development experience.
• Expertise in at least one of the following: TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
• Experience using AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of design patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
