What you will do
- Manage and monitor billing inquiries, disputes, and escalations within the case management system.
- Coordinate with resolver groups and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate case resolution.
- Proactively monitor outstanding purchase orders (POs) to prevent payment delays and revenue leakage.
- Analyze recurring PO issues and recommend process improvements to strengthen billing accuracy.
- Partner with Sales, Collections, and Finance teams to resolve payment-related concerns impacting customers.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on complex billing and dispute handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in billing, customer service, case management, or quote-to-cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with case management platforms like ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of dispute management and escalation handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
