What you will do

• Manage customer orders end-to-end within ERP systems from entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate order execution across Sales, Logistics, Service, and Finance departments.
• Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Verify commercial data including pricing, terms, and Incoterms.
• Resolve operational issues and act as the primary point of contact for customer queries.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for the order-to-cash process.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Katowice, Poland.
• English proficiency: B2 minimum.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong attention to detail regarding master data and contract verification.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and basic commercial terms.
