Location: Onsite in China (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, or Beijing)

What you will do

  • Lead the Business Development (BD) team to expand cross-border payment operations in markets like eCommerce, SaaS, Logistics, AI, and Education.
  • Develop sales strategies, including industry demand analysis, product standardization, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Define sales targets, decompose plans, and optimize sales workflows and management tools.
  • Manage team performance and quality, identifying underperforming members and providing training and coaching.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, strategy, and customer success teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leverage personal and external networks to connect with potential clients and establish commercial partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Minimum 3 years of successful team leadership experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in cross-border payments, eCommerce, cross-border ERP, or related industries.
  • Strong self-drive, execution skills, and a high sense of responsibility for results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
