What you will do

  • Develop and refine the global corporate development strategy in alignment with the company's long-term vision.
  • Identify, assess, and cultivate a pipeline of M&A opportunities, including tuck-in and transformational deals.
  • Drive the execution of live M&A transactions, managing financial models and due diligence processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venture, growth, and public equity investors.
  • Develop and present investor materials and support executives on fundraising activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Data Science teams to communicate business performance drivers to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
  • Direct experience with M&A and executing live deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy for creating investment memos and financial models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Must be based in San Francisco.
