What you will do

• Execute end-to-end M&A transactions and venture investments from diligence to closing.
• Develop pro forma financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF and comparable multiples.
• Lead discussions with target leadership and negotiate key deal terms.
• Coordinate due diligence processes across cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Product.
• Identify high-value opportunities and articulate value drivers in concise deal memos.
• Build and maintain an extensive network within the crypto and financial services sectors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Development at a hyper-growth FinTech company or investment bank.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, accretion/dilution).
• Deep familiarity with the M&A process, legal matters, and integration planning.
• Strong understanding of the global regulatory environment for cryptocurrency and financial services.
• Technical background or strong knowledge of software and internet products.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or Canada.
