What you will do

  • Audit vendor invoices against signed contracts and monitoring tools to identify billing discrepancies.
  • Lead reviews of vendor network performance reports to detect contractual availability breaches.
  • Directly collaborate with vendors to dispute billing issues and service interruptions.
  • Perform monthly spending analysis to identify trends and areas for cost reduction.
  • Construct and summarize detailed financial audit reports using advanced spreadsheets.
  • Propose and initiate new audit projects to drive organizational cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in telecom auditing.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with senior personnel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with various TEMS platforms.
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to data center or network backbone operations.
  • Familiarity with payment systems in large multinational companies, including accounts payable.
  • Experience working within an Internet-based company environment.
