What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low-complexity claims.
• Review claim information to determine coverage and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Evaluate potential exposures on claims and alert management or internal partners.
• Adhere to Fair Claims Practices Regulations and claims handling guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute claim reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Risk Management, and IT.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Valid US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
