A fast-growing HR tech product company specializing in employee data and management platforms.

What you will do

  • Lead a team responsible for developing the core employee data HR management module.
  • Design, implement, and maintain employee data and profiles across both frontend and backend.
  • Own the full development cycle from technical design and coding to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define new functionalities and execute the product roadmap.
  • Work within a continuous delivery environment using microservices architecture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend background.
  • 3+ years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in software design, scalable web architecture, and SaaS products hosted on AWS or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD processes, infrastructure components, and performance optimization.
  • Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with JVM languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience developing a product from scratch.
  • Working knowledge of various data infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience mentoring internal guilds or technical forums.
