What you will do
- Lead a team responsible for developing the core employee data HR management module.
- Design, implement, and maintain employee data and profiles across both frontend and backend.
- Own the full development cycle from technical design and coding to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of backend and frontend engineers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define new functionalities and execute the product roadmap.
- Work within a continuous delivery environment using microservices architecture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend background.
- 3+ years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in software design, scalable web architecture, and SaaS products hosted on AWS or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Proven experience with CI/CD processes, infrastructure components, and performance optimization.
- Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience with JVM languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Scala.
- Experience developing a product from scratch.
- Working knowledge of various data infrastructure technologies.
- Experience mentoring internal guilds or technical forums.
