What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new launches and supply chain improvement opportunities.
• Mitigate supply risks to ensure successful product launches and project execution in compliance.
• Define and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication for assigned projects.
• Identify cost savings in existing supply chains through optimization and waste reduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver low to medium complexity projects, such as packaging changes and distribution network adjustments.
• Validate formulation and packaging strategies for Product Line Extensions and Purchase for Resale launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, or Operations (or a Master's degree in a related field).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and processes.
• Experience with SAP, APO, or BW (or equivalent) is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in Project Management.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Practitioner certifications.
• ASCM (formerly APICS) CPIM Certification.
