What you will do

• Lead the design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex software applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising leadership and stakeholders on technical strategies and risks.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Contribute to system architecture and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Support proposal development and define technical roadmaps for future projects.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must possess DoD 8140 certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development with increasing levels of responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a technical lead on complex software projects.
