What you will do

• Own supplier quality for powertrain components, ensuring "Black Box" requirements are met through robust design verification.
• Support and troubleshoot functional, performance, and environmental testing for safety-critical engine hardware.
• Execute APQP/PPAP processes in accordance with AS9145 standards.
• Act as a technical liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders in Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Conduct drawing reviews and manufacturability assessments for new product introductions and design changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Powertrain components.
• Proven capability in Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) execution and performance bench testing.
• Strong command of AS9145 (APQP/PPAP).
• Must have valid US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting FAA/EASA Type Certification (TC).
• Expertise in scaling supplier capacity from prototype to fully industrialized manufacturing.
• Experience using PLM and ERP systems for BOM management and serial-number traceability.
