What you will do
- Lead transversal projects from discovery to business handover autonomously.
- Gather and aggregate business data to facilitate decision-making and feature performance monitoring.
- Write detailed business specifications and perform options assessments and benchmarks.
- Orchestrate projects at scale, managing stakeholders and navigating between high-level vision and technical details.
- Define and build KPIs linked to projects and report deviations from standards.
- Lead integration processes with external partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Project Management experience in a banking environment.
- Deep knowledge of banking and trading (KYC, payment processes, corporate actions).
- Proven experience in complex project analysis and leadership.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills (data, process, and solution assessment).
- Ability to manage stakeholders and handle context switching in a complex environment.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Product Owner (PO).
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and MS Suite.
- French language skills.
- Experience collaborating with customer care or back-office teams.
