What you will do

• Manage regional operational plans and proactively balance workloads based on demand.
• Perform task dependency analysis to ensure correct sequencing and fluid status of work.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers, Field Engineering, and Planning teams to maximize delivery output.
• Track program dependencies using physical trackers and systems to meet customer expectations.
• Identify performance concerns and use structured problem solving (RCA) to improve plan accuracy.
• Ensure mandatory compliance routines are delivered by target dates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in latest Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from multiple sources.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
• Understanding of technology systems (e.g., fos, swdt, wfmt, fieldschedule).
• Ability to facilitate both virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Must be based in Bristol and able to work in the office 3 days a week.
