What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of security engineers, managing performance and professional development.
• Define and execute a security engineering roadmap, including the secure enablement of AI technologies.
• Champion shift-left practices through threat modeling, secure code review, and scaling SAST, DAST, and SCA platforms.
• Design and enforce cloud security standards for IAM, API security, and container workloads across AWS.
• Establish security standards for internal enterprise AI systems, covering LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and risks like prompt injection.
• Act as a technical bridge between Product Engineering and Security Operations to translate risks into actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tooling (e.g., Semgrep, Snyk, Veracode).
• Deep understanding of securing cloud-native applications on AWS, including IAM and secrets management.
• Knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10 and attack surfaces for agentic AI systems.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO/SOC, PCI, and FedRAMP.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
