TL;DR

Vice President, Technical Product Commercialization (Software & Data Platforms): Creating and scaling new software and data platform product lines from 0→1 with an accent on commercial strategy, product-market fit, and designing pricing, packaging, contracts, and go-to-market motion. Focus on building early enterprise traction, translating technical value into ROI for non-technical buyers, and scaffolding commercial teams to support $100M+ external revenue over time.

What you will do

  • Identify and shape new software and data platform opportunities from ground zero, translating customer problems into value propositions, pricing, and commercial strategy.
  • Lead early go-to-market efforts including enterprise sales, pilots, partnerships, and lighthouse accounts to establish product-market fit through committed revenue.
  • Design for scale by defining product scope, pricing, packaging, and deployment support, and by building ROI models, commercial narratives, and contract structures.
  • Build and scaffold early commercial teams by designing the operating model, hiring and developing initial leaders and contributors, and delegating ownership as products move from 0→1 into scale.
  • Partner at the executive level with the CTO and CEO on enterprise deals and strategic partnerships, representing hirify.global credibly with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s HQ in Charlotte, NC.
  • 12+ years of experience across product leadership, commercialization, growth, or platform businesses.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling software or data products beyond early pilots, with exposure to large-scale external revenue growth (e.g., path to $100M+ ARR).
  • Experience designing and scaling early commercial teams without overbuilding, including pricing, contracts, partnerships, and ROI-driven selling.
  • Comfort leading enterprise customer conversations and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel to engage directly with customers and partners.
