What you will do

• Perform technical engineering design for land development and water resources projects.
• Execute stormwater management, site grading, and erosion control designs.
• Prepare comprehensive plans for agency and municipal review.
• Manage land development and environmental permitting applications.
• Collaborate with municipal officials, developers, and contractors.
• Assist Project Managers with technical oversight and project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 6+ years of experience in land development civil-site engineering.
• Strong proficiency in technical design and project documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead with empathy and build strong internal and external partnerships.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
