What you will do

• Design civil engineering projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, paving, and utility infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering calculations and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support the preparation of reports, feasibility studies, permit applications, and regulatory submittals.
• Conduct field investigations and site visits to verify existing conditions and ensure project accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and EIT certification in the State of Texas.
• 3–8 years of experience in civil engineering design or site/land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must successfully complete a background check and sign a restrictive covenant agreement.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the State of Texas.
• Experience with local permitting processes in Greater Houston or Central Texas.
• Knowledge of design-build and design-bid-build project delivery methods.
• Experience with industrial, healthcare, or corporate site development projects.
