What you will do

• Build and maintain core backend services using Go.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas for performance and evolution.
• Develop APIs and SDKs to accelerate application development.
• Implement change tracking and event propagation patterns.
• Build scalable systems using various inter-process communication mechanisms.
• Support AI-assisted workflows by exposing structured APIs for automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong hands-on experience with Go or equivalent backend languages.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL schema design, performance tuning, and query analysis.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems and typed service contracts.
• Cloud-native infrastructure experience, preferably with AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with gRPC, protobuf, and event streaming.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS) and Terraform.
• Experience building services for LLM pipelines or AI-assisted workflows.
• Knowledge of policy-as-code authorization tools like Cerbos or OPA.
