What you will do

• Perform onsite troubleshooting and repairs for residential solar and storage systems.
• Conduct site surveys, safety audits, and quality inspections.
• Manage service work site visits while maintaining established SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding arrival times and service status.
• Assist with pre-energization issues and job closeout reports.
• Collaborate with field teams and central scheduling to optimize resolution times.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX
• 3+ years of experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting residential solar and storage systems.
• 1+ year of experience working at heights, including rooftops and climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools.

Nice to have

• Electrical license (required in MA, a plus elsewhere).
• General construction or framing experience.
