What you will do
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows and polished interfaces.
- Design and maintain design systems across platforms, including shop floor tools for manufacturing operators.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs to support rapid engineering iteration.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and inform product strategy.
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain high visual and UX quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior or staff-level design role.
- Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces for enterprise customers.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and ability to produce high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in AI or data-driven environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry trends and enterprise systems like SAP or Mendix.
- Experience with AI products and technologies.
