What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for capital markets funding structures including tax equity and ABS.
• Analyze large datasets to support fund reporting and investor requirements.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates while partnering with technology teams to drive automation.
• Support FP&A, treasury, and cash forecasting activities for hirify.global Finance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Asset Management to ensure operational alignment.
• Identify and implement improvements for reporting workflows and cross-functional data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or business operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work with large datasets and build structured, repeatable reporting outputs.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across finance, technology, and operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential solar, FP&A, treasury, investor relations, or utility sectors.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.
