What you will do

• Develop and execute complex Excel financial models to support tax equity and debt capital funding.
• Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external banking partners.
• Partner with technology teams to automate financial reporting for key stakeholders.
• Enhance existing processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Liaise with Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Accounting to ensure transparency across financial operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and external financial partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets.
• Deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to leadership.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Prior experience in the solar industry.
• Specific experience in structured finance.
