Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of industry experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in analyzing construction plans and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to construction sites.
• Physical ability to walk, climb, and stand for extended periods.
