What you will do

• Maintain data center operations to ensure maximum service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and perform physical repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop scripts using Python or Bash to automate updates for server and networking hardware.
• Assemble, install, and maintain equipment and manage inventory.
• Participate in a rotating on-call shift to respond to site emergencies within 60 minutes.

Requirements

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, assembly, and data center environments.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and computer networking.
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS.
• Competency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
