What you will do

• Manage day-to-day program business and financial performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor and track program expenditures to ensure financial commitments are met.
• Highlight financial trends, issues, and concerns for program management.
• Ensure alignment with internal company and program-specific financial procedures.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance effectively to leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• US Citizenship required for government security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (weekly office attendance required).

Nice to have

• Prior internship or relevant work experience in program finance.
• Experience with data visualization and automation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
