What you will do
- Review, analyze, and validate the existing global training portfolio; identify improvement opportunities across the learning lifecycle and ensure materials meet current requirements.
- Design and develop technical training programs (Learning Journeys, Training Guidelines, and training materials) and run Training Needs Analyses using performance data, product updates, and field feedback.
- Define learning objectives, competency levels, and curricula with Engineering, HSE, Technical Support, and Operations; translate complex technical information into structured, learner-friendly content.
- Create and implement modern learning formats (classroom, blended learning, digital modules, microlearning, job aids) and evaluate effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Lead or support international cross-functional projects as project manager or subject-matter consultant; collaborate with global trainer communities to validate new content and ensure professional delivery.
- Manage documentation, maintain version control of training materials, and ensure alignment with certification frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or comparable field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technical training development, instructional design, or technical documentation, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Strong project management skills and confidence working with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools, media creation, and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to structure complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content.
- English: excellent; additional languages are an advantage.
