TL;DR

What you will do

  • Analyze and gather training needs for Parma Plant personnel on GMP topics.
  • Organize GMP courses for TechOps staff and issue annual training programs with reports.
  • Participate in governance for training and documentation management systems.
  • Manage documentation systems in compliance with GMP, regulations, and audits.
  • Support implementation of new document management system and QA archive management.
  • Monitor training and documentation KPIs, authorize system access, and assist in audits.

Requirements

  • Degree in scientific subjects (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Quality Assurance, Production, or Process Technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of EU and FDA pharmaceutical guidelines.
  • Specialized expertise in GMP compliance improvement processes.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
