What you will do

• Own data product initiatives from discovery through to launch and early scale.
• Translate product vision into clear goals, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Lead product discovery and experimentation to validate problems and assumptions.
• Define and prioritize requirements, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility.
• Oversee delivery using Agile practices in collaboration with engineering, UX, and data teams.
• Monitor product performance post-launch to drive engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience in end-to-end data-driven product delivery.
• Strong grounding in product discovery, experimentation, and agile delivery.
• Understanding of how data is used by transport organizations and consultancies.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, and data science.
• Exposure to commercial thinking and benefits tracking.

Nice to have

• Understanding of geospatial mobile network data (footfall, dwells, weblog data).
• Experience working on data, analytics, or AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with OKRs or outcome-based frameworks.
• Experience operating in large or complex organizations.
