What you will do

• Develop and maintain test plans for new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Perform product validation using off-the-shelf and custom-built testing equipment.
• Manage ODM/OEM and third-party lab testing resources.
• Design, build, and automate custom test rigs and fixtures.
• Conduct root cause and failure analysis to drive cross-functional resolutions.
• Standardize test documentation, procedures, and data flow processes.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in systematic product testing.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Taiwanese preferred).
• Experience with 3D modeling (Solidworks) and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with international teams (NY/Seattle) across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Statistical analysis skills (Python, R, Minitab).
• Automation experience (LabVIEW, PLC programming).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and PLM systems (Windchill).
• Six Sigma or National Instruments LabVIEW certifications.
