What you will do

• Serve as the primary Program Integrator for T-50/FA-50 program captures and Engineering Proposal Requests.
• Develop and execute program baselines while overseeing risk and opportunity management.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) data.
• Coordinate proposal preparation and develop work statements to meet specific customer requirements.
• Manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) business decisions.
• Oversee subcontractors and partners to support the capture of new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in aircraft production, sustainment, or development programs.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Experience defining program requirements and developing Statements of Work (SOW).
• Technical background with the ability to interface across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales or commercial programs.
• Proficiency in EVMS, SAP, and SCM processes.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for program management.
