Salary: $244,000 – $376,200 USD (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Implement proof of concepts and demos for new identity products and features.
• Lead industry-wide efforts and protocols around identity, including SDKs and sample implementations.
• Research market adjacencies to inform company strategy, M&A decisions, and investment ideas.
• Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to shape the future of identity for GenAI apps and agents.
• Balance simplicity and flexibility in technical designs while solving complex, real-world problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience in identity and cloud services.
• 3+ years of experience in developer tooling.
• Strong understanding of how computers work and ability to solve hard problems.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in one of the specified US office locations.
