What you will do
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with existing customers to become a trusted advisor.
- Drive strategic agendas and initiatives by aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Identify innovative solutions to customer pain points and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and holistic approach to customer success.
- Act as the local face of the company for Latam clients, providing regional expertise and support.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and growing B2B customer accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS and B2B technology sales landscapes.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels, with a focus on C-level personas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for account management and issue resolution.
Nice to have
- Experience in integration, iPaaS, or API Management.
- Background in sales.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and product usage data analysis.
