What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable self-service data platform capabilities for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation.
• Develop modern frontend platform experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Build backend platform services and APIs using Python and cloud-native architectures.
• Lead the evolution of the platform toward a cloud-native, Kubernetes-first architecture on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code best practices using Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, analytics, and ML engineers to deliver high-impact platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software or platform engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Extensive backend development experience using Python and API-driven services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Deep expertise in enterprise-scale relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven design patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Dagster.
• Familiarity with streaming systems using Kafka, Flink, or Kinesis.
• Experience with modern data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, or Delta Lake.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development lifecycle (AI-DLC) tools.
• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated enterprise environments.
