Proposal Analyst Senior (Finance)

What you will do

• Support the entire proposal process from RFP to certification.
• Perform pricing activities for spares, repairs, sustainment, and production proposals.
• Coordinate divisional inputs and guide proposals through management review processes.
• Provide government audit support and conduct fact-finding.
• Negotiate and certify proposal data for USG, FMS, and DCS international bids.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and corporate leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Strong financial and analytical orientation with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Aptitude for learning financial software and database systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Orlando, Florida.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software.
• Experience with US Army/AMCOM customers.
• Experience working as part of a Joint Venture.
• Experience with IDIQ proposals and contracts.
