Estimating Analyst

TL;DR

Estimating Analyst: Assisting the Lead Estimator in managing project costs and procurement processes for defense technology programs with an accent on BOM setup and RFQ turnaround. Focus on supporting high-impact aerospace and defense initiatives through precise data management and administrative coordination.

Location: Hybrid role requiring occasional travel to Hollywood, MD; must be based in the US.

Salary: $18–$20 per hour.

What you will do

• Assist the Lead Estimator with daily cost estimation tasks.
• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Utilize Microsoft Office to manage daily documentation and reporting.
• Support the expediting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) turnaround process.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel to the Hollywood, MD office as needed.
