What you will do
- Lead end-to-end pricing for government solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Build and refine accurate pricing and financial models to address solicitation requirements and leadership questions.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other government procurement regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and travel, including the documentation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Use data and financial systems to evaluate performance trends and inform business and pricing decisions.
- Identify financial risks associated with proposal submissions and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must be based in one of the listed US states.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 1+ years of pricing in government contracting.
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and GSA Schedule pricing.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, macros) and Google Sheets.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, and experience using Apple computers.
