Salary: $133,540 - $213,660 USD

What you will do

• Design and optimize high-quality code for complex AI/GenAI applications.
• Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions from data collection to deployment.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions for AI/ML projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Monitor and maintain the health of deployed services using telemetry and performance indicators.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage project scope, timelines, and priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Significant experience with AI/ML or GenAI applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery.
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph and MLOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with advanced ML algorithms, NLP, and transformers.
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Kafka.
• Advanced GCP knowledge including VertexAI and GKE.
