What you will do

• Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions via Entra ID.
• Log and prioritize incidents using ticketing systems to ensure resolution within established SLAs.
• Support software rollouts, hardware deployments, and system upgrades.
• Create help sheets, FAQs, and provide training to end-users.
• Collaborate with system administrators and managers to support broader IT projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, SSO applications, and Autopilot.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Must be based in London for onsite work.
