What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of video producers.
- Define and enforce a distinct visual voice for sports highlights and analysis across all platforms.
- Partner with commercial teams to align video formats with monetization goals while maintaining editorial integrity.
- Identify and leverage new platform features, social trends, and algorithmic shifts.
- Integrate emerging video technologies, AI tools, and data visualization software into production workflows.
- Balance high-level executive strategy with hands-on production for new pilots and breaking news.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in social content creation for a major sports network, digital media brand, or agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Basic field filming skills (DSLR or advanced mobile/iPhone production).
- Deep expertise in social platforms, content formats, and algorithmic trends (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Uncompromising journalistic standards and editorial judgment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
